Spencer's Gorge Conservation Area

Having finished all the "main" Conservation Areas in the Halton Region, we decided to check out the Hamilton Conservation Area Parks. First stop - Spencer's Gorge! Here I am at Tews Falls, the first of two waterfalls in the park. Unfortunately there wasn't much water running over the falls, but the gorge was still a sight!
From Tews Falls, we hiked up to Dundas Peak for a nice view!
Matthew still loves being in the pack with Dad and checking out all the trees. Here they are playing peek-a-boo!
After hiking back down from Dundas Peak, we hiked along the other side of the park to Webster's Falls - the highlight of our hike!
To get to the bottom of the falls we had to come down a ton of very steep steps, but it was worth it!

After climbing back up all those steep steps and hiking over 4km, we decided that Chad would quickly jog back to the first parking lot (<1km) and get the car while Matthew and I had a drink break.
